 If an order is incorrect due to an error made by SlangnPlatez ATL, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue. Depending on the situation, we may:

• Replace the incorrect item(s) at no additional cost. 
• Provide a suitable replacement for the affected item(s). 

To report an order error, customers must contact us as soon as possible after receiving their order and provide details of the issue. We are not responsible for refunds, replacements, or credits when:

• A customer changes their mind after placing an order. 
• A customer orders the wrong item, quantity, size, or package. 
• A customer provides incorrect information during the ordering process. 
• An order has already been prepared, customized, or completed according to the customer's request. 

All custom, special-event, and catering orders are made specifically for the customer and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
